Please contact Dave H if you are interested in filling one of the open events. It would be unfortunate to have to cancel an event, because there are not enough adults to supervise. When not enough leaders and/or parents are present, the events do not go as smoothly. Committee Chairpersons reported as follows: 1.Committee Chair/Troop Treasurer: Bob F. reported the Troop finances were in order. All Dues are paid. 2.Eagle Scouts: John C reported that Dan W has completed his Scoutmaster Conference and Kevin T has had his project signed off. Steven F has an approved project. Mr. J indicated there are Eagle Camps (Eagle-required badges only) available over Spring Break and in June. If you are just needing Eagle-required merit badges, this might be something to look into. Please contact Mr. J for more information. 3.Summer Camps: Brian J reported that there are plenty of openings for Royaneh and only 9 Scouts are signed up for regular camp and 4 signed up for Rugged Camp at Catalina. If you are interested in attending, please contact Mr. J. REMINDER: SCHOLARSHIPS ARE AVAILABLE TO ANY SCOUT WHO FINDS ANY EVENT, WHETHER IT BE A CAMPING TRIP, BACKPACKING, SUMMER CAMP, ETC., FINANCIALLY DIFFICULT.
