Please contact Dave H if you are interested in filling one of the open events. It would be unfortunate to have to cancel an event, because there are not enough adults to supervise. When not enough leaders and/or parents are present, the events do not go as smoothly. Committee Chairpersons reported as follows: 1. Committee Chair/Troop Treasurer: Bob F. reported the Troop finances were in order. All Dues are paid. 2. Eagle Scouts: Life to Eagle Coordinator John C. presented an update on Eagle projects presently in the works. Reminder: If you have had your Scoutmaster Conference for your Eagle project, you need to have your Board of Review with Mr. P within 90 days from that date. 3. Camporee: Camporee is April 11-13th at Boulder Creek. This is a great experience for all Scouts - especially joining Scouts. The cost is $22, although the cost increases by $5 if signing up after Friday. Contact Dave H. or Brian J. if you are interested in attending. 4. Angel Island: Dave H. secured Angel Island for October 18-19, 2008. Should be a great outing consisting of a ferry ride to and from island and bicycling. 5. Court of Honor: Due to Tierra Linda's mandatory music night, the Court of Honor will be held on June 10th in Maheny Hall. We will keep the June 3rd fireside Troop meeting at the Palo Alto Scout Facility and make it a regular Troop meeting - possibly retire some flags??? 6.
